Service scope

.NEXT CMMS is a hosted CMMS/EAM platform designed for maintenance operations, including work orders, preventive maintenance, asset records, inventory workflows, reporting, and related collaboration features.

Authorized access

• Only authorized users may access the platform.
• Users must keep credentials secure and follow their organization's access and security policies.
• Customer organizations are responsible for managing their own tenant users, roles, and permissions.

Customer content and tenant responsibility

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the data, files, attachments, and operational records they enter or upload. Customers must ensure they have the right to use and share that content within their tenant workspace.

Acceptable use

• Do not probe, scan, reverse engineer, or test platform security without written authorization.
• Do not upload malicious code, abuse rate limits, or attempt to disrupt service availability.
• Do not access or attempt to access data outside your assigned tenant or approved scope.

Billing and paid plans

Certain .NEXT CMMS features or tenant environments may require a paid subscription or separately agreed commercial terms. Customers are responsible for applicable subscription fees, taxes, and plan-specific limits associated with their workspace.

Availability and maintenance

We aim to provide reliable access to the service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen incidents. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated when reasonably practical.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, legal reasons, non-payment, or material violations of these terms. Customer organizations may also close or deactivate their own tenant users in accordance with their internal policies.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties except as required by applicable law or separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, .NEXT CMMS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an updated version is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
