  • Provide, maintain, and improve the hosted .NEXT CMMS platform and related support services.
  • Authenticate users, enforce tenant boundaries, and protect customer workspaces from unauthorized access.
  • Process service notifications, account messages, onboarding requests, and support follow-up.
  • Monitor reliability, investigate misuse, troubleshoot incidents, and improve performance and security.

Service providers and subprocessors

.NEXT CMMS uses infrastructure and service providers to host the application, deliver email, process payments, and support analytics or operational monitoring. These providers are permitted to process data only as needed to operate the service on our behalf and under confidentiality and security obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information to service providers, to comply with law, to protect the security of the service, or as directed by the customer organization that controls a tenant workspace.

Data retention

We retain data for as long as needed to operate active customer accounts, honor contractual commitments, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal or regulatory obligations. Retention periods may vary by data type and customer configuration.

Customer control and tenant administration

Customer organizations control the users, roles, and operational records inside their tenant workspace. Tenant administrators are responsible for managing internal access, reviewing stored records, and requesting exports or account changes through authorized channels.

Security measures

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information and tenant data, including authentication controls, role-based access checks, logging, and tenant-scoped data handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and customers should configure access based on least-privilege principles.

Policy updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect service, legal, or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised wording taking effect when published.
